Announcing Release 2.7.0 of the Clearwater HIPAA Software-as-a-Service

Release 2.7 was successfully deployed to production on 11/27/2012 .  If you go by the number of requirements this was the largest release for Clearwater to date.  It greatly enhances the scalability and automation of granting subscriptions and adding users.

We now have a fully integrated subscription management platform for us and our customers
Account Owners can add users across products and locations through one admin

• The Clearwater admin can add any product from the admin in via any product admin
• Adding customers is greatly simplified and accelerated
• Message for incorrect credentials are consistent accross all products
• Self Service Password Reset is greatly improved
• Customers can log into via URL relevant to the products they have purchased (true single sign on)
• All products have free trial capability with expiration date
• Subscription and user management production bugs are fixed
• Accounts can now have multiple account owners with full administrative privileges
