Clearwater Compliance has grown rapidly in the past few months, adding personnel to their Sales, Service Delivery and Product Innovation teams.
The sales team welcomes Amy Olsen to the team. She joins Clearwater as Business Development Director. Olsen brings valuable experience from the healthcare and pharmaceuticals industry.
Before joining Clearwater, Amy Olsen, was an independent consultant specializing in program management to help clients in healthcare systems with their modernization efforts including evaluating and implementing EHRs and assisting the creation of sustainable governance programs.
The firm’s Service Delivery team is also rapidly growing with the addition of three consultants: Bob Rausch, Mark Sexton, and Steve Olson. These seasoned professionals boast a combined 30+ years of experience in the IT field working for healthcare companies. They bring years of HIPAA-HITECH and Information Risk Management expertise to meet the service needs of Clearwater’s growing customer base.
Jada Roseberry and Lisa Wilkinson join the company to support and develop deeper relationships between Clearwater and its customer community. Working closely with the Sales, Services Delivery and Product Innovation Teams their positions have been created to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
As an Implementation Specialist, Ms. Roseberry will be a part of the Customer Experience Team and will serve as a single point of contact for customers throughout their operational implementation period. Prior to joining Clearwater Compliance, Ms. Roseberry served as the Implementation Specialist and Customer Support Manager for ReadyPoint Health.
Lisa Wilkinson joins Clearwater as a Customer Experience Specialist where she will be working with to support long term relationships with Clearwater Compliance customers.
