The AMA has unveiled a new cell phone application called My Medications. This app is
designed to help users store and share their important health data.

A new smartphone application, My Medications, has been developed by the American Medical
Association (AMA). The app allows consumers to more easily store and share their medical data and
is the second to be released by the association.

My Medications allows users to store a range of information, including drug allergies, emergency
contact numbers and immunization records. It can also be used to share this data with certain
healthcare providers.

Those interested in the app can download it from iTunes straight onto their iPhone, iPod Touch or
iPad.
